Following the Discovery Call, we’ll send you a Fact Find to fill any gaps in our understanding, along with a checklist of supporting documents to help us match your application to various lender criteria and negotiate the best outcome on your behalf.

We get to work researching loan options across a wide range of lenders, comparing interest rates, policies and product features to find the solutions that best suit your goals and financial situation. We then negotiate directly with lenders on your behalf, using our expertise and industry connections to secure the most competitive deal possible.
We’ll present you with a tailored shortlist of loan options that best match your needs. We’ll walk you through the key features, pros and cons, and explain why each option was selected. Our goal is to empower you with clear, informed choices so you can move forward with confidence.
Once you've selected your preferred loan, we prepare and submit the application on your behalf. We ensure all documentation is complete and accurate to give you the best chance of a smooth and timely approval.
After submission, the Bank will assess your application and issue a pre-approval (also known as conditional approval). This will confirm the amount the lender is willing to provide and any additional clarification or supporting documents required for formal approval.
With your maximum purchase price confirmed, it’s time to start searching for your property. But don’t worry, you’re not on your own. We offer free property reports that include price estimates and the sales history of any properties you are considering. We can also connect you with our trusted network of real estate agents, conveyancers, building inspectors, buyer advocates and accountants to help you achieve the best possible outcome.
Once you have found the right property and have an executed (signed) Contract of Sale, forward this to both ourselves and your selected Conveyancer so we can get formal approval completed and start preparing for settlement.
Once the loan has been formally approved the lender will issue loan documents. Its best to sign these as soon as possible so we can keep working towards the settlement date. It's always a good idea to discuss with us if you have any concerns and/or seek legal counsel from your conveyancer should you have any concerns.
This is the final step where ownership of the property officially transfers to you. We’ll work closely with your conveyancer, Bank and other parties to ensure everything is in place for a smooth settlement. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and are here to support you right through to the moment you get the keys.
Our support continues well beyond settlement. We conduct check-ins every 6 months to ensure your loan is still working for you, and carry out a full market review every 12 months to assess whether refinancing could offer a better deal. We're here to make sure your loan stays competitive and aligned with your goals.
