The Baron Financials

Bevan J. East is the Principal Mortgage Broker at The Baron Financials, based in Bayside, Victoria. With a career that began in banking at one of Australia’s Big Four institutions and later expanded through experience at a credit union, Bevan developed a deep understanding of home loan products and the property buying process. 

Identifying a gap in the market for relationship-driven service, he founded The Baron Financials to provide tailored lending solutions with a strong focus on client care and long-term partnerships.

Bevan is passionate about helping clients achieve their property ownership dreams by simplifying the loan process and offering access to a wide range of lenders. Beyond settlement, he remains committed to clients through regular loan reviews, ensuring their loans remain competitive and aligned with changing financial goals.

Guided by the values of honesty, respect, openness, integrity, and professionalism, Bevan ensures every client feels confident and supported in their financial decisions. Outside of work, he and his partner Chrystine Chinh have welcomed their first child, and he can often be found engaging with the local community across the Bayside and Springvale areas.
